Investors buy

is fully managed and entirely self financing
and the investor receives rental income and
an overall rate of return several times the
rate of the property price increase through
gearing.

This is
intended for people who would like to invest
in the UK property market, without spending
time researching, training and searching for
houses. Properties are fully managed, with
no action needed on the part of the
investor. Rents are guaranteed via a rental
agreement directly with the management
company. Several investors can get together
to build up the necessary investment for a
house. Most importantly it is in our
interests to choose properties wisely and
manage them well, since we may be joint
owners and jointly responsible for the
mortgage and costs.

Ralph and
Helen Sanders own a portfolio of properties,
